Biography

Konstantine Ketsetzis is a partner in Gowling WLG’s commercial corporate, funds, and private M&A practice. He advises businesses on mergers and acquisitions, shareholder disputes, and complex commercial contracts, taking a strategic and pragmatic approach tailored to each client’s needs. He brings a broad perspective to his work, helping clients navigate transactions efficiently and with clarity.

Konstantine has closed over 1,000 transactions and regularly works with organizations ranging from small businesses to multinational and institutional clients, with a strong focus on mid-market commercial transactions. Born and raised in Hamilton, he remains deeply engaged in his community through board service and support of local organizations. He is a member in good standing of the Law Society of Ontario and several professional legal associations.
