Adam Durrant

Biography

Adam Durrant is a Senior Business Development Consultant with the City of Hamilton’s Economic Development Division. Adam’s career has spanned multiple roles in Economic Development and Workforce Development in both Hamilton and the Niagara region. In his current role, Adam supports the evidence-based storytelling that helps promote Hamilton as a global destination for new investment while simultaneously celebrating the many successes of Hamilton’s home-grown businesses. Adam’s marketing successes were recognized by the International Economic Development Council, where he won a gold medal for Hamilton’s Economic Development Week campaign. Adam’s research interests focus on labour market analytics, trade and tariff impacts, and the impacts of technology on the future of work.
