Triple Bottom Line Track
For the first time since its inception, the 33rd McMaster World Congress will be hosting a Triple Bottom Line (TBL) track at this year’s event. Triple Bottom Line is known as the three pillars: people, planet and profit. TBL is changing the criterion for measuring a company’s success by expanding the traditional reporting framework to take into account ecological and social performance in addition to financial performance. The McMaster World Congress has allocated an entire track to this new model, in order to accentuate its increasing importance in the job market.
